Agreement to Terms
By using the services of SkyPoint Laguna Niguel Towing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We provide emergency towing, roadside assistance, and related services throughout Laguna Niguel, CA and surrounding areas.
Services We Provide
We offer professional towing and roadside assistance services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our services include emergency towing, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, winching, junk car removal, heavy-duty towing, and roadside assistance. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your location and vehicle type.
Payment and Pricing
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices are based on factors including distance, vehicle type, time of day, and complexity of the job. We will provide you with a price estimate before beginning any work. Additional charges may apply if the situation requires more work than initially estimated.
Your Responsibilities
When you call for service, you must provide accurate information about your location and vehicle condition. You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before it is towed. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. You must also provide proper identification and proof of vehicle ownership when requested.
Liability and Insurance
SkyPoint Laguna Niguel Towing carries appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. We take great care in handling your vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical issues. Our liability is limited to damage directly caused by our services. You should contact your insurance company if you have questions about coverage for towing services.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a service call, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if our truck has already been dispatched to your location. We understand emergencies happen, and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
Storage and Abandoned Vehicles
If your vehicle is towed to our facility or a storage location, you are responsible for storage fees. These fees accrue daily and must be paid before your vehicle is released. If a vehicle remains unclaimed for an extended period, it may be subject to lien procedures as allowed by California law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
